There are visas required for both Oman. driveoffgrid will take care of the visa process & the associated fees.
If you intend to get behind the wheel, an IDP is required. Guests must obtain this permit prior to entering UAE as it is essential for legal driving in UAE & Oman.
Yes, a light jacket is recommended as certain mountainous areas can get windy & chilly.
There is no specific dress code within your hotel premises. However, while out in public, it is required that clothing should cover from shoulders to knees for both men and women.
